How long will it take to recieve my order? TOP Most items are custom made just for you. Please allow at least 2-9 business days for us to ship your order (depending on the item). Business days do not include weekends and Holidays. You will be notified of busy seasons such as Christmas, these times may require more that 10 business days. Please let me know if you need a rush order as we will do our best to accomodate you! How will I know when my gift is shipped to the recipient? TOP You will receive a confirmation via USPS regarding ship date, tracking number and time/date. What is your return policy? TOP We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the date you received the order (allow for transit), unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund, (excluding shipping charges).
