How long will it take to recieve my order? TOP

Most items are custom made just for you. Please allow at least 2-9 business days for us to ship your order (depending on the item). Business days do not include weekends and Holidays. You will be notified of busy seasons such as Christmas, these times may require more that 10 business days. Please let me know if you need a rush order as we will do our best to accomodate you!

How will I know when my gift is shipped to the recipient? TOP

You will receive a confirmation via USPS regarding ship date, tracking number and time/date.

What is your return policy? TOP

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the date you received the order (allow for transit), unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund, (excluding shipping charges). Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Baby Jake's and will be issued a store credit minus a 25% restocking fee.

Exchanges are processed within 14 days of our receipt of the item(s). If the item you have requested in your exchange is no longer available a store credit will be issued. Apparel that were purchased as a set, must be returned as a set. Returns may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.

Is my credit card information secure? TOP

Absolutely. I truly understand your security concern when purchasing via the Internet. I guarantee my commitment by providing your credit card number with protection through a secure server. NO ONE BESIDES THE CREDITOR WILL HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. You are 100% protected!

What shipping method is used? TOP

We have found that USPS is the most cost effective way to ship our items and enables us to ship many of our items free of charge.

Items that weigh less than a pound ship via first class mail (typically takes 4-9 business days).
Items weighing over a pound ship via Priority mail (typically takes 2-3 business days)

We process orders everyday Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). As soon as your order is processed, you will recieve shipping confirmation via email. If there is any delay in processing your order you will be notified immediately.

Rates are for shipping within the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas will vary depending on the location to be shipped.

YES! We are pleased to offer free shipping on all baby bibs & chenille burp cloths!

Do you sell Wholesale? Do you Drop Ship? TOP

Yes! Please visit our wholesale page and fill out our application. As soon as your information is approved we will forward Baby Jake's guidelines and prices sheets after approval.

Absolutely! If you choose to pick up your order rather than us shipping it, please enter "freeshiprwd" at check for shipment deduction.
