While sewing her first baby blanket, Owner & Mom Dayna Brooks, a former world traveler, struck on a way to make staying at home with her newborn Jacob a workable venture. After a sewing lesson from her mother, she created the first of many unique baby products to come. Within three months, Dayna, ever the entrepreneur sold more than 100 snuggly blankets and started up the trendy Baby Jake’s, named after her firstborn son.
Baby Jakes products combine luscious fabrics with stylish and innovative designs that are baby tested and parent approved. Must-have items for celebrity parents, and recently featured on KGTV San Diego’s “Hot Products for Mom’s” segment, Baby Jake's will soon add a playful line of maternity clothing to its unique brand!
Dayna lives happily with her husband Chuck, and three little blessings, Jacob (6), Luke (4) and Selah (1), the never ending inspirations and personal product testers for her creative designs. Inspired by her faith, family and her fine fabric fixation, Dayna enthusiastically creates hopelessly chic and pleasurable products for babies and tots infused with her own motherly love.
