You must be a business owner with either an online or brick and mortar shop, and must possess a state issued sales tax number and provide a copy of the certificate if requested. Baby Jake's merchandise may not be sold at any online auction. All designs and merchandise are exclusively products of Baby Jake's and may not be presented as your own.

Wholesale plans:
Dropshipping - As a dropship retailer, you do not have to meet our minimum orders, however, you will not qualify for the same pricing structure as our standard retailers. To request drop ship pricing, complete the form above and fax to 909-393-3009 or email us at : dayna@babyjakes.net

Standard Wholesale - As a standard wholesale retailer, you qualify for our wholesale pricing and will have to meet our minimum orders. To request a line sheet, complete the form above.

Placing Orders:
Email - You may request an order form and email it to us when completed: dayna@babyjakes.net.
Regular mail - mail your order form and check to us. Our mailing address is on our order form.
Online - this applies for Dropshipped orders only. Once you have been confirmed as a dropship retailer, we will email login access to you.

Minimum Order Amount: $200

Returns:
All sales are final unless accompanied with a Return Authorization Number written on the return. In order to obtain a Return Authorization Number, you must request it via email, and provide the reason for return within 21 days of purchase.

Payment:
Visa and Mastercard. We will accept payment by checks, but orders will not be shipped until the check is cleared.

Shipping:
All items are shipped via USPS or Fedex ground at our discretion. Shipping fees are based on weight and distance and will be added to your final total.

Baby Jake's reserves the right to modify the terms of our wholesale policy without notice.
